Hello first of all apologies for my bad english. with this build you can go full health go in 5v1 and actully kill two or three people. The AP boots is of course if ur up against a heavy cc and AP team but remember that you also will buy a Spirit visage so with mercury's treads you already have a big amount of magic resist also remember that the Atma's impaler gives you 45 armor

I dont know the exact skill order just start with your Frenzy at lvl 2 engage with ur Rolling Tnunder at the end bite him when you are getting to low. hold on to this tactic always bite the lowest enemy and always "flip" the strongest enemy (most of the time ADC so buy armor)

The heal will give u some time in early game to win your lane it will count as a fast health pot and in team fights you will be able to heal all of your team members i usally go for flash but with ghost you esally chase enemy's
