Vlad Build Notes

Rush Spell Vamp. Just do it. its important. Health items and AP items are also important because of Vladimir's Passive, Crimson Pact. Every 40 points of bonus Health gives Vladimir 1 Ability Power and every 1 point of Ability Power gives Vladimir 1.4 bonus Health (does not stack with itself). It'll help late game. Magic Penetration is also good to have on Vlad for Good Harass and Damage. Start team fights bay ulting their team and using Sanguine Pool to slow them all together for your team to damage the enemy team. when Sanguine Pool ends, cast E immediately to hit all nearby enemy champions and cast Q on their carry. recast E as often as possible in team fights.

Skill Order

Start with Q first; Use it to last hit and give good harass. Get W next just in case you get ganked use W to escape. Vlad cant really escape well and W is all he has besides flash so be careful. Q again because you wont have much Spell Vamp unless you use my runes. E next to stack up Tides of Blood. Should have Hex-tech Revolver by now. Q one again for more healing. Finally R to go all in in team-fights or 1v1's. use the leveling order after 6 anyway you want depending on the situation of the game. Don't forget to ward everywhere. in mid anyways.

Rune Notes and Changes

These are just my personal runes. You can change the quintessences to AP if you like. I like a little extra spell vamp on my Vlad. Armor may not be necessary depending on the enemy teams champ pick. Magic pen is a must have on Vlad, even if going top tank. Same case with magic resist. Just keep Marks the same and change the rest if you need to.
