Why these items?

All of these items give you health or AP (some of them give you both), which is really good for your passive. You will have a lot of Spell Vamp and Cooldown Reduction, and the slow effect from the Rylai's Crystal Scepter, which means you will be really good at kiting. REMEMBER: ALWAYS BUY HEXTECH REVOLVER ON YOUR FIRST BACK.

Why this Skillorder?

It's pretty simple: You max your damage sources, and you also put a point into your W at level 3, which is your escape tool. You may have to put more points into W sometimes, depends on who is the enemy laner. Also, don't forget to keep Tides of Blood (your E) stacked to 4, so you can deal as much damage and regenerate as much health as possible with your Q. And BTW, use your Q mainly to poke, not to farm. Only use it to farm if it is necessary, or there is no one around.

Summoner spells

Spells

  • Ignite

  • Ghost

Why these Summoner spells?

Ghost is way better on Vladimir than Flash, it helps you turret dive a lot, and with ease. Ignite is there to help you be aggresive. Always try to be aggresive with Vladimir, and poke as much as possible.

Why these runes?

Scaling AP glyphs, Magic Penetration Marks, Scaling Health Seals and Flat AP Quintessences. These runes help you be tankier and stronger. That is all. There's not much to explain.

Why these Masteries?

Well, these Masteries give you more AP and more health. Just what you need.

There was an accident and I made the guide a second time, since it 404'd the first time.
