Nerf Rumble pls.

First, hi. this rumble the penetrator. I am diamond btw (with this guide). Second, if you want some free Riot points, register here: http://www.tremorgames.com/?ref=61826 . You can get 25$ of riot points on US server, for EU servers, go buy some steam games. Now for the Guide. Items for starters can be optional. Either ward +5 potion and bead or the PENETRATOR. (blue potion (YEAH IT WORKS), ward and 3 potions). Depending on when you get first blood, rush Haunting Guise, then Sorceror's shoes and then Rylai or for more damage (if you're totally stomping your opponent go with abyssal). Also, if you have an annoying opponent who likes to sustain himself, like Vlad or something, get yourself a spectral wraith and burn him out. The order of course can be rearranged depending on situation. WARD YOUR LANE btw.

Shield can be switched for harpoon if enemy is annoying, but never ever ever EVER max anything else than Q. Also, first level harpoon for ranged last hitting. (Alternatively, you can try Qing in the bush before game until overheat and attempt to penetrate the opponent with overheated attacks, not recommended, success rate only 40%).

I know this will sound weird, but yellows and blues for defense. Works best. Red on penetration of course, how else are you gonna penetrate him. Quints can be flat AP or flat Penetration for increased enemy penetration.

21/9/0 for max penetration. You can switch the magic resist for armor if you're laning against an ad bruiser, or you can go 2 armor 2 magic res for unified stuff.
