Explanation

All right, so the reason you will want to start Doran's is because you will be able to win some trade-offs Thanks to it, you will have damage and some sustain. You may or may not want to swap it out for a long sword and pots, but I suggest not to take boots since you have huge kiting potential via E and W. Now, you will want to take BotRK as soon as possible because of it's outstanding kiting potential and synergy with your kit and is amazing if you take it early on. After that you rush BT (obvious) and BC (AD, Armor pen and CDR work wonders, plus some free HP) After that grab some situational items and grab either PD or SS (I preffer PD, but you can grab what you want)

Why E over W?

Well, maxing Q first is a no-brainer, but W isn't quite as powerful, and maxing it only gives you slightly lower CD and some damage, which isn't it's use in the first place. It is there for the amazing speed boost that helps you kite until your KFC delivery is there. Maxing E turns the supper long CD into a reasonable one, and the 60 mana cost, which is all ready average/low, into 0. You might me asking: but you get resets when you kill via your ult, so it basically has no cooldown!" Well, let me ask you this: How many times will it happen that you get 2-3 kills during your ult? You might somehow get a single reset, but that is mostly it. Your ult will be most powerful at level 18, with full build, when maxing doesn't matter.
