- Toggle off—Pow-Pow, the minigun: Jinx's basic attacks grant bonus attack speed for 2.5 seconds, stacking up to 3 times. The stacks decay one at a time when she stops attacking with her minigun. Switching to her Rocket Launcher will not clear any active stacks, but they will not grant attack speed after her first attack. A single champion can only set off a single chomper, but can be damaged by any number if they remain in range. Cost: 50 mana. This should be the buying order
The bloodthirster allows sustain in lane aganist those poke lanes eg: Lucian and Caitlyn. It also gives you are huge amount of damage in lane for poking and trades. Berserker greaves excel the passive from the minigun. The last whisper is to counter the early armour that can shut a jinx down such as a rushed sunfire. The static or Phantom gives the crits you need for the mid game to start chunking people down in 1vs1 and Teamfights. Next the defensive item also you to be more aggressive when pushing becuase you will not instantly die it also gives you more escapes from high cc teams or people such as leblanc who need the burst. Your last item should be IE this completes your transition to late game because of the 250% crits.

Skill order
Getting q allows trading at level 1. The e at level 2 means if you have a heavy ingage lane such as leona or thresh then if they land hook or stun you can easily stop them from moving or escaping thanks to chompers this can supply an easy first blood.
