Build explenation

Don't consider buying attack speed on Jinx, her Q's passive will give you that. Build a mix of sustain, heavy damage and armor penetration! Also starting with the dorans blade will make you an extremly strong bot laner. The guardians angel is self explained.

Skillorder explenation

By maxing Switcheroo first you will clear waves faster than anyone with your rocket launcher, and if your lovely challenger comes up to farm just put your E our disabling their escaoe after that, land your sap and finnish him off with the extra range from your rocket launcher!

Masteries

Starting with the cooldown reduction instead of attack speed is fairly good since you will gain high attack speed by your stacked minigun, and the mana regen is for trading
