The method behind this

The reason you buy all of these is because it allows you to snipe out opponents with your E-Q combo in canon stance, and also not be restricted so you can fight up close and personal with auto attacks. The items listed above provide the most opportunities to become mobile. Being mobile allows you to snipe out enemy players while also allowing you to stay in the fights. Being able to run away and chase is one of the key things about this build.

Order of Operation

You max Q because it allows you the most damage output, Rely on W, while in hammer stance, to sustain your mana and zone the enemy out with the W active in hammer. W on canon also provides heavy damage out put. Just use E to maneuver you and your opponent and to also give your Q more range in canon stance. Your R provides you with little more than some extra magic damage and mobility, waste to level them because your Q-W are far more important for damage output.

The theory

The reason why all the runes above are flat AD is because it allows you to maximize your damage and scaling. Running This provides you a chance at an early Advantage. Although Armor penetration runes seem better, having full ad allows you to do more damage with your Q-W and essentially gives you the early aggression to damage your opponent greatly within the first engage meant, also it allows you to cs far better with auto attacks and your E-Q combo in canon stance.

Personal Expertise

I have found that having such an aggressive rune page allows you the most in the setup. Regardless the opponent, if done right, you should be able to kill just about anyone, even Malphite or Singed if you play properly.
