Items

Fiddlesticks has got his strong Self-heal with drain, so he does not need any Jungle Items. Liandrys is very powerful because of his Drain(W) thats over time just like his Ult. You can play him with a bit Cooldown Reduction which makes u able to cast your ult more often, but Fiddle does not need much Cdr. Note that you always should change your build according to the Champions that are played, and the Style they are played like.

Skills

You should focus on maxing Terrify and Drain first. Terrify allows you to gank way better and with each point you spend on it your enemy is feared 0.5 seconds longer. Points spend on Drain allow you to jungle better. Always Spend points in your Ult when you can,it is Fiddles greatest Damage output.
