Evelynn AP Jungle
I put a lot on the cooldown and the Ap. Ap cause that's the way she is and cooldown to maximise her "Q", with this configuration you have +- 40% cooldown, plus, if you have the blue, and you will cause this is a jungler configuration, you'll get 60% cooldown that'll give you a "Q" with 0,6sec.

i make it that way cause when you gank, your first hit must be as strong as possible, that's why i favorise the "E", after, you can follow him and hit hit with your "Q", it will be ok and he will die in +- 2/3sec
