You can always trade Statikk Shiv for a Phantom Dancer, but if you're going to do that forget Avarice Blade on laning phase and go for the others. Blade of the Ruined King can also be switched by something else.

Avarice blade + leveling Hawkshot right after Volley will make Ashe a money maker. That way, if you miss some last hits on minions you can always keep up with your opponent, if you and your opponent have the same farm, you will have a small advantage.

It's not very likely to find AP champs on your lane (bot) besides the support, but they will not be the ones inflicting damage so you don't really have to care that much with Magic Resist. Because the moment you'll be facing champs from other lanes is on teamfights and as ADC you have to position yourself right in order not to get damaged.

Improved Recall is an option because if you are in need of going to the base for some reason, 1 second will make the difference. And in those moments you're being chased and you run to the bushes to recall in order to get away, 1 second will make the difference.
