How to buy

Start should be clear. If you have a problem doging skillshots i recommend to go boots first after that go for eather wisp for some AP and movespeed. Finish your ludens after that. If you have heavy mana problems buy some mana potions aswell if you want to push someone under his turret (nidalee for example). If you should fall behind go with the HP part of the Crystal Scepter first when the enemy is AP. If the enemy is AD you want to get yourselfe the defensive part of the Hourglass (Armorguard). If you are ahead you can go ahead with a Deathcap too melt trouch their HP bars more quickly. In some matchups (against a jungle WW for example) you want to get a Veil or a GA when you pass the 30 minute mark. If you have the main dmg of your team you need to buy these items early to prevent them from shutting you down when your team has not the abilities to protect you. There are other itembuilds that are also strong but personally i prefere this one because it has the most potential to be a scary permanent threat for both AP and AD carrys aswell for squishy jungler and toplaners (I excluded supports because they are not the ones you should be focusing on).

How to win

Your main dmg output comes from your Q witch is a skillshot. It does magic dmg on the way that it travels away from you and true dmg when its returning to you.In addition to that you gain a temporary movment speedbuff that decay rapidly over time and end completly once the orb returns to Ahri. Your W (foxfires) is a targeted ability that priorities enemy champions. With each consecutive hit of the same cast, the foxfires deal less dmg down to a cap. The 3 foxfires you summon can be used as lasthittools meanwhile poking the ememy champion with one foxfire and an autoattack in certain matchups (Katarina/zed/Yasuo/etc.). That gives you an advantage in lane over all meele champions and some low ranged mages. Your E (charm) is a skillshot aswell and lets your enemies walk harmlessly towards you for a short period of time while providing some decent dmg. The charm is not supposed to be used as poke dmg because the charm is your only CC ability and the cooldown and manacosts are rather high. The charm offers not much room for counterplay and makes the rest of your combo easy to land. Your Ultimate (Spirit Rush) are 3 dashes that you can use as gabclosers aswell for some more dmg. Each dash fires 3 targeted bolts that prioritieses enemy champions, but unlike the foxfires only one bolt per dash can hit the same champion. You can use your ult to reposition yourselfe in fights, escape or prefent escaping enemy champions from doing so. Your ult can cross terrain like a flash but isn´t a blink. That means you have a hitbox while traveling (can´t cross Azirs Wall because of that).
